The process begins with a detailed consultation where we take the time to understand your vision and goals. If you're building on an existing property, we’ll also conduct a site visit to evaluate the space and its unique characteristics.
conceptual design
After gathering your ideas, we begin the conceptual design phase. Here, we create initial sketches or floor plans to explore layout options, room placements, and overall functionality. This is a highly collaborative stage where your input is crucial to refining the design. We work closely with you to ensure that the concept reflects your vision.
REFINING the vision
Once we’ve agreed on the general direction, we move into design development. This stage involves creating detailed plans, including floor plans, elevations, material choices, and 3D renderings. The goal is to refine every element of the design, ensuring it’s functional and aesthetically pleasing. We continue to work with you to finalize all the design details.
construction ready
With the design finalized, we move on to preparing the construction documentation. These detailed drawings include all the technical specifications needed to obtain permits and approvals. Being a Building Inspector we will ensure your project meets all local building codes and regulations.
